Blinds and deer, do they fall for it?

Where I am hunting don't have a lot of cover, and don't like stands in trees. The blinds that are kind of like tents, you know what I mean, do deer fall for these?

Was going to put it out and add extra cammo with brush etc.

Have never tried this.

yes, work pretty good.  Conceals your movement and profile.

Yes they work great. Remember when you set them up leave the windows you plan to shoot out of open, so the deer get use to the black hole. If you open it when you hunt the deer will notice it.

put em out a few days ahead of time and let the deer get used to em being there, they work great.... put em out and hunt em the same day, the deer notice the difference and they get skittish...

We've put the out and had deer walking around them that same evening. They do great for concealment of movement. Dark clothing inside is better than camo in many cases. Get one as big as you can especially if you are bow hunting then practice shooting from it. Last deer I took with my bow was from a blind.

Oh ya.  They work great.  As others have said, I've set them up and had deer feeding with in 20 feet of them the same evening...

Rifle. Planning on Bow next year also, just didn't get that together for 2015 season.

Take that into account....you need a good amount of room to draw that bow. Get a nice big blind so you are good for both.

Like others have said, they work and your odds increase if you can get it out early to get them used to it. I also like to try and rub mine down with branches and then lean some branches against it to help mask my smell. Final thing is to try and wear black if you can. Oh and like a lot of stand hunting, be prepared to doze off here and there.

yep ! get them out early and they work great , I just don't like being stuck in one place for long and if your rich you can put up a nieborhood !

They do work good. My experience with deer is get them in the field long before you plan on hunting, get them tucked in, tied down and brush them in real, real good.
