I'll toss in another positive for the Coleman Extreme.  I had to get a cooler last year for elk season.  Looked around and it seemed the CE had good reviews and the price was good.  I thought it held ice well, not exactly scorching weather....but ice well outlasted the older cooler used for beer.

400 quart Grizzly cooler here. I put 12 frozen 2L bottles in it, holds them solid for a long time (2+ weeks). Plus it'll hold 3 boned out elk. No need to go to town to hang my animals for the whole season.

Just need to remember to bring the fork lift to load/unload after a successful hunt! For the money you can't beat the coleman extremes!

It stays in an enclosed trailer from the time it leaves my house, to the time it gets emptied at the butcher.
