Their website didn't have the information I need, that's why I posted here.  Looking for their waterfowl biologist specifically.

I don't know who it is anymore. Maybe you could call them during business hours? Won't be worth hunting this year anyways, not enough water.

A bit of change on the topic, but does the rez always begin the waterfowl season before the regular state season?  Quail begins a week later also.

It has always been the same day for waterfowl... but I just looked and you are correct it is a week earlier... I may have to call them to confirm.
