This is probably a dumb question but I never paid attention I guess.. if you're splitting up trips, what do you pack out first?

 If by myself, I pack out the head and as much weight as I can carry the first trip, knowing I will be far less able the second trip.

My antlerless, 550 vertical feet down (fortunately) and 0.6 miles, had to use my belt for a rope, should have brought a pack....   :rolleyes:  Glad I didn't shoot a 200 pounder.... :chuckle:

And, my son dragged it 50 of the last 200 feet... what am I doing wrong?   :dunno:   :chuckle:   :chuckle:
