WDFW better open up a division of cub abuse.
There is no greater respect to have for wildlife than to harvest an animal fairly and use it's flesh to feed your family.  ~me

It was part of an apple. Not putting out apples next year. Started out with elk at the cam several times a day all summer. Last two weeks before season opened, nothing but bears.   Didn't even put that many apples out either.... >:(
