mental focus and shooting
« on: January 16, 2009, 03:52:45 PM »
So as Im sure you all know archery is 90% mental IMO, once the skills are in place, some people can focus better then others but it never hurts to have a helping hand. I always a take a energy and mental focus enhancing drink before i shoot, and it has made a huge diff for me in my concentration and steadyness with my bow. Im sure alot of you spend $ on energy drinks that dont do much for you and give you calories you dont need. I am using Spark from advocare, its all natural and I stand by it 11100000%  if any of you use energy drinks, or want incrase your focus while shooting, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND it!

Funny...my brother in-law sold me some and I use it for hunting, etc.  Nobody I know has ever even heard of it.  Full of vitamins, etc...tastes great too.
