yeah, it should do well. I have not chrono'd them yet, but they are over 2900. With a 0.291 G7, they should do very well.

need to get data at 700 and 1000 yards, then true my stuff...should be a real doozie of a load!!

I got all my data on my 280AI and dialed in my ballistic app over the weekend 1370 yards center punch I called it good and drove all the way home with a smile.

the really cool part about this load is: I dont need to know any environmentals (other than wind and  the range to the target) for targets and animals out to 725 yards.

YEAH!!!!

seal level at freezing to 3000 feet at 90F, it's Range it , click it, and smoke it!!

Don't you just love it when a plan comes together. this can only happen with proper load development, and understanding your scope (MOA or MIL) so many times I see people at my local range before hunting season there to zero their rifles and have no real clue as to what they are doing they also have targets all the way out to 500 yards trying to figure out their hold overs. sometimes I just want to tell them keep your shots inside 150 yards because you have no business attempting a shot on an animal passed that. just my opinion I hope I don't offend anyone but its the truth.

Good Job Woodland

Damn now I'm tempted to do a 270 I've been on the fence on doing a 6.5 of some sort. I was planning on another build after the holidays 6.5-47 Lapua or a Creed or a 260AI maybe even a 6.5 06 now a .270 sounds good.

What are the specs on you rifle share some pics.

Sweet I see you use Benchmark I have a 7RM with a blue printed Remington action done by Benchmark and it can shoot they make some good barrels. their lead times have gone from 6 weeks when I had mine done to 4 months now well worth the wait IMO.

Good luck hunting this season
