It is obvious he saw through the lies. The link doesn't work for me.

The one that says "This will make you wonder what happened and who is running WDFW"I was able to open it by downloading it to my computer and then giving the file a .docx extension. Those of us with older versions of word need to add the extension so word knows to convert the file so it can be read. The other link goes to a file that has a .doc file extension and it seems to work fine.

I would be surprised if there were civil action taken against WDFW and Chief Bjork for sending this to the Sheriff rather than following their own procedures. Just shameful to see a good officer treated this way, and the vindictive way it was done. Shameful!

+1. That's my perspective. He doesn't need another wrongful termination mess. I think he is lining up his ducks and then will act.
UCW, I did have a question about the Bjork(s) in the reports... sometimes it is Chief Bjork sometimes it is Captain. Did he get demoted or are there two Bjorks? By the way, it looks like a bunch of folks, yourself included, retired recently, some of them involved in the termination. Would the lack of official access to these folks have been part of the delay? It seems like from the testimony that some of them wouldn't / didn't / couldn't provide any testimony.

Most of us were chomping at the bit to be interviewed.
Numerous non-employees were asked to testify. Most did so...
