Ok Tjv28, let's see if I can get your buck pics to load. My son took these with his cell phone last year. He was so excited that he couldn't hold still enough to take a clear picture. This was in a neighbor's yard.
There was one here 20 years ago that was a bit bigger than this one. He had width and height that I've never seen on a BT before. His legs were uncharacteristically long too! One year there were 2 large 3 point bucks that hang around him and he made them look small. I saw that huge buck next to a full-grown doe and she looked like a fawn standing next to him. With that buck's height, I don't know how or if he managed to breed. That big buck ran across Iss-Ho rd right in front of me in '95 and I was so tempted to hit the throttle instead of the brakes
but I didn't.
So glad to see your buck in the freezer instead of dead on the side of the road like so many end up.
