Cougar on trailcam?

So... Zoom in hard on the left side of the original picture... I copied it, blew it up and cropped it for you. Is it just me or does it look like a lady standing there in a dress holding a knife? Am I the only one who sees this?

I don't know if that is a knife or not, but there is a woman in a spotted dress.  I think this photograph is bogus.

Hey, I'm not sure it's legal to bait wild cougars by using urban cougar cutouts.  Will have to check the regs......

It is legal as long as you have a cougar AND doe tag at the same time. But if you have a bull elk tag on you you cant use any caliber smaller than .50. Gotta love Washingtons regs.
