Almost had success on a monster 28-30" wide 3x3 with eye guards.  He was a toad....and I shot right over his back.   :bash: :bash: :bash:   May make it out on Sunday but that would be my last day for the units that close on the 30th.  Still a lot of fun stalking in on a booner 3x3.

I was able to get a doe in my freezer on Sunday.  Going for the fattie cow tomorrow.  Good luck Johnny.

My son shot a nice cow this morning. We will be back at it tomorrow looking for one of the bucks on our hit list. Good luck to all!

On our way back home, will try again next week. Saw a few cows. But they ran from us for some reason 😁

Thanksgiving Day  Archery Cow...
A hunt based only on trophies taken falls far short of what the ultimate goal should be, time to commune with your inner soul as you share the outdoors with the birds, the animals, and fish that live there”.- Fred bear

Got it done on Saturday
I don't always shoot big mule deer, but when I do, it's with a bow tech!

Got it done in North Bend tonight.  Had a few missed opportunities earlier in the week.  Put a tree stand up and problem solved.

Wife and i were at it Thursday through Saturday.  Saw elk daily but they weren't where we needed them to be, suffice it to say.  I'll be back at it alone this weekend and next.  With the weather change i'm hoping they are where i need them to be this time.
