concealed carry shoulder holster....what is a good one
« on: December 08, 2015, 06:57:00 PM »
I'm looking for a QUALITY/COMFORTABLE shoulder holster setup
I have a gun show special that sucks donkey balls

So, right handed, Glock 29, want 2 mags on the off side.

Looking online, I think Fobus, but what do you guys like that is comfortable to wear?

I have been shopping for my kid he picked up a Springfield Emp and looking for a right hand strong/crossdraw.

Found these but the factory is closed until after the holidays.  So his Daughter might just have to give him a rain check.

Last Saturday I had a budding young gun salesman tell me I would have to replace leather every year since they wear out and get loose.
I did not know that and it appears neither do many of my holsters. He did suggest I might want to wash them to tighten them up.
The young man had never heard of Bianchi but was all about selling me some kydick holster. The one he suggested looked like a truss.

I would agree with CAMPMEAT only get a good quality leather holster. I've been  :bash: my head since I sold a 1911 with a great leather Safariland. I've been using Uncle-Mikes etc. and they don't compare.  :twocents:

There were 2 at Sportsman Warehouse last Saturday.  He was the one who bought it and I have no idea where he got his taste in guns from. He has been looking for over 2 years since he fondled one. Seems he got bit.

My next pistol might be a Colt Delta Elite 10mm. Did your dog get the 9mm or 40 ?

Alessi makes a great shoulder holster, I have a couple of them and they have held up great over the years.

His was a 40 and the dawg handed him some of her favorite 40 loads last weekend. But she has carried a 40 for a long time.

I have tried on many, you have to try them on to see how comfortable they are, If I could ever find one like I used to have which was an uncle Mikes but it is no longer available
