I had a very similar bull at about 20 yds last year during early archery in one of the Northern coastal units... I wonder????  He had two brow tines on the left side though.  Heavier on the right just like this one.     :bash: :bash: :bash:

Not a coastal bull.  A lot of pictures of Mt Rayonier on his fb page.  My guess is cascades Rosie.

I'm pretty sure I'm missing the whole point to this post besides, that the natives can shoot what ever they want

I don't think there was a point to the post other than to show a nice western Washington bull elk that was recently killed by a hunter.

O.K So I am driving up a road ..It is gravel and owned by a private timber company or State or Federally owned . I have permission to be there . As I come around a corner there stands a monster 6X6 Bull ..I stop and check him out and say to myself ( What a nice bull but since your next to a country gravel road and I did not hike 6 miles today to see you , I am letting you live today )  Hahahaha  YEAH RIGHT !   Looks to me it was a young lady who actually shot the bull ....

No one knows what the story really is here and you've got a problem with the natives? This is too good.  :chuckle:

:yeah:
I am just assuming it is on the up and up until I hear something otherwise.

If I could shoot a bull this time of year next a road I would do it in a heartbeat, especially that one.

Why can't you?

Must be just as hard to sit at a computer and judge people of whom you know nothing and of whose circumstances you know nothing. This thread has no intrinsic value at all except to create bad feelings on Christmas Eve. I'm out. Time for a birthday drink!  :brew:

Why can't you?

 :dunno:
Uh, cause the season is closed and I already filled my tag with a cow.  My season ended the first week of December and I was only allowed to shoot a cow or true spike.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.
