I need a good Glock 19 outside the waistband holster. I like kydex type holsters best. Any suggestions??

Bladetech makes a nice OWB holster. They are either kydex or zytel.

+1 for Bladetech. I don't like OWB holsters anymore, but use several of their IWB holsters and am very happy with them. They make good stuff.

Thanks for the response, I already own 3 bladetech IWB holsters and wear one everyday. I will definitely check out my options from them

I have no experience with their IWB, but owned their OWB for the M&P series, and really liked it.

There are few instances where I open carry, but that is my holster of choice for OWB.

I spent the weekend hiking and hunting coyotes with a new holster, a Blackhawk Serpa Sportster and am really impressed.  It is the first time I've worn a belt holster than was so comfortable that I forgot I had it on.  Over the years I've worn a number of belt holsters and they all seem to drag  me down and feel like I have weight hanging on my hip, so much so that I've worn a shoulder holster most of the time.  This Blackhawk was nice and not overly expensive and I like the security of the finger release positive lock on the holster, far easier to use than a thumb break.

After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Those are pretty cool and would be perfect for my needs, however I can't afford to drop $80 on a holster at the moment. Let me know if you want to part with one of yours for a deal! :chuckle:
