Colville still has about 16" in the low lying fields and about 40" at the higher elevations...Good news is the sun is shining over there right now, bad news is that I am hearing reports about a pretty heavy winter kill in the area

Whitetail's are getting killed on Hwy 395 in large numbers, Land owners are reporting a lot of dead birds in roosting areas and around old food sources, I just got off the phone with a article writer out of Moses Lake and he told me he has heard from Biologists from the Colville and Davenport areas that are also reporting a very large winter kill on Roi's and Merriam's

Talked to a couple of buddies that were outside of Dayton the other day snow shoeing-shed hunting that saw a lot of birds working some melted off draws, said they saw roughly 200+ birds and they all looked healthy

Hey its good to know there are some Chiefs fans amongst all the hawk haters here. The chiefs sucked bad this year, but oh well.
