If you're going to run plugs then the most effective is the silver horde 5" in mother of pearl. I run them 48" behind an 11" green hot spot flasher. Run that setup within 10' of the bottom all slathered up with smelly jelly or Mikes sticky liquid. For spoons I like coyotes in cop car, either 3.5 or 4", 42" behind a green hot spot. The coho killers work great also, especially if candle fish are the forage of choice. Mother of pearl, cop car and purple haze are all popular. Of course flasher and hoochies are always a great fall back. Green, purple haze, white and blue/ white all work. Good luck to ya, and let us know how you do.    Mark
