Newish Bows.

LookIng to buy a new bow. Went and shot a few different new bows this last weekend at Fletch Setters. But the 1000 price tag is kinda drag. Is there any shops near by that still have some 2013-2014 Stock still on the shelves?

Ebay has Some crazy Deals on Nice bows. But something about not seeing thr bow in person. Id hate to buy a bow of ebay and watch its have some flaws or cracks or something. Never really looked into their warranties tho

I believe it is a money back guarantee if item is not as represented. Not being able to put your hands on the bow before buying is a small risk. Go handle the bows somewhere else and only buy new from eBay. There are screaming deals on last years models. I bought my Martin lithium from eBay last year for $300 brand new, still came in the plastic with all tags attached, MSRP of around $800 if I remember correctly. Same with the bow I owned before that, bought for $300, went to the nearest shop for accessories and they had 1 model year newer(same specs and look) on their rack for $900.

Yea Ebay is where ive seen the best deals and thats kinda what i was thinkN try the bows out else where and maybe get it online. Probably the best route.

The classified ads on archery talk usually have some good deals on lightly used bows.

I agree!  Many of the leading manufacturers put the speed demons at the top of their price structure, but easier shooting bows of equal quality in the mid price range.  Bear and PSE usually have mid-price bows that I personally enjoy shooting more than their headliners.

Bear Traxx is an exceptional bow for $750.  In fact, if you have a 29" or less draw length the Bear Marshal at $500 is a great bow.  Every year PSE seems to hide a real sleeper in the middle of their line for archers with 29" or less draw lengths.  If you can find a used Source HD or even one still on the shelf somewhere...that's maybe the best sleeper bow of all time!  Their current Drive R at $500, Bow Madness 32 at $650 are both impressive bows at a fair price.

I would also suggest looking on the archery talk classifieds. Some smoking deals come up on that site.

Don't sleep on this bow (and don't let the low price tag fool you into thinking it's not as good as those costing twice as much).  I've had mine for four years now and have no complaints.  Great company with top notch customer service.
