They could give 10 permits for each weapon forever at this point and there would still be an increase in bull population.........by a lot...there are more bulls dying from old age and fighting at this point than by legal hunting.   Most of the hunters still shoot 5 or 6 year old bulls some of which are pretty nice but not too many of the old bruisers get shot.

it appears you can get drawn more than one time. I see no rules  regarding this. has anyone asked them?

Ya it's equal oppurtunity every year. Just seems fishy someone would draw it 3 times without arrangement with Hancock somehow.

He's only drawn it twice and bought a single permit just like everyone else. Nothing fishy at all, just got lucky.

Stupid statements like this are what make this forum entertaining!

Please, disclose how you came to the conclusion that Trav has a "fishy agreement" with Hancock. I'd love to get in on it myself!

just curious and don't want to sound stupid or anything but If you buy more than one recreational permit for kaposin in your name would you be entered twice in the drawing? has anyone asked them?

I also would like to know what fishy arrangements I have with handcock so I can keep them going for the years to come!

I believe you can only buy one permit to your name a year.

There's nothing fishy at all, he's not the first to draw it twice theres been a few draw it more then once. sorry if the statement I made about hoping he tops his last bull in there gave anyone a drama *censored*... it's all luck of the draw, he got lucky and his name pulled again, no strategy no "fishy agreement" etc.
Boom boom boom...
