I'm generally in favor of what Otter does, I hope he changes his mind on this.
There are funding issues in IDFG, they are wanting to raise resident licenses somewhat, if that is not allowed this could be part of the negotiating.

Anyone know what the access fees landowners currently charge is approximately? Is there a limit to the amount right now and that's why they want to sell the tags?
