New to Elk Hunting in Washington

Hi everyone i'm new to elk hunting over here in Washington.
I want to convince my dad that there is good places to hunt in Western Washington. Any tips and places that are really good for Modern firearm elk hunting? I live in Snohomish so the closer the better. Thanks everyone and good luck hunting this year!

Welcome aboard.
You might get a few people to point you in some areas, but honestly the best way to learn is to study the harvest reports and make a couple scouting trips.
