That really sucks you are having so much trouble with their customer service. I have never had anything but the best customer service at the Post Falls store. And I've been a pain in butt for them a few time when I've returned items multiple times. But they have always been good to me. It's the main reason I keep going back to them. Next time you make it over this direction head to the Post Falls store. They've always had a pretty good selection of boots and maybe you will find some better customer service.

Drove 2 hours one way to try on some different sizes at a different store.
Left with a 9.5 & think Im good to go.
I usually wear an 11 in boots. Not sure why the website and reviews all say true to size. They are really nice boots and fit my foot well once they are broke in.
Patience has never been my strong suit
