Oly Hunter
« on: July 17, 2016, 08:05:44 PM »
I am new to the forum. I am interested in going hunting for Coyote, Deer, Bear, Cougar? and Elk.

I have a 53 lbs compound that I am good at 30 yards with and a "backup pistol" that I like to hunt with that I can use out to a hundred. I am open to going with other hunters, learning together, and having fun. If you are a rifle shooter, that is okay. I like to get close and personal. You can take the long shots.

I have: a truck, walkie talkies, commercial GMRS handhelds, a GMRS license, Blind Material, quite a few calls, Discover Pass, America the Beautiful Pass, Registered on JBLM, may register on Yakima Training Center.

I drew Western Elk and Modern Firearm Deer and I love the hunt. I live in Olympia, but I am open to going out and about.
That's a horrible idea.

What time do you want to meet up?

I live in Lacey and hunt coyotes, bear, deer, cougar, bobcat.  I have a lot of time off in August and just bought a new truck camper.  I have a dual sport motorcycle and a ATV.  I am off August 12th to 18th and 27th to 31st.  I have not decided exactly where I am going bear hunting but probably Randle Mt. Adams area.  Good place for elk hunting I have been there a lot.  I might go elk hunting modern firearm this year.  I bow hunt with buddies in the Okanogan.  Let me know if you are interested in hunting sometime.  I like to ride and hunt Capital Forest and local state land that I know very well.  Love to call coyotes I even have night hunting set up.
