I've tried a few and never found any that I like. With that said, I'm from back east where everyone puts cream and sugar in their coffee because we're all coffee lightweights. I do like a cold vanilla latte now and then.

I've triedit, never made it for myself though. A little strong for me. I imagine that's how tweakers feel when they need a fix after drinking it. I have a friend who drinks it almost daily, she loves it.

We dump a pound of coffee in 8 quarts of water. Let it sit for a couple days, then filter it.
Serve over ice with a little cream and sweetened condensed milk. Its pretty tasty.

I have been on cold coffee kick.

I have just been using leftover brew from the morning and adding 1/2 &1/2 with a little raw sugar. I think when you add the 1/2&1/2 etc it becomes hard to tell the difference over the more in depth cold brewing methods.

Black rifle coffee company coffee rocks BTW

I have a mason jar attachment on my seal a meal so I've been putting 1C coarse ground coffee in a 1/2 gallon mason jar and filling it nearly full with water - suck the air out and let it sit.  I haven't got the timing down yet, 20 mins wasn't too good - bitter tasting.

next batch I just dumped 1C of coarse ground in a mason jar and let it sit for 14 hours, strained it with cheese cloth but did not vacuum seal it.   Tasted better, stronger though but not so bitter.  Very drinkable.

Starbucks has almost no coffee taste to it  :dunno:   Tastes like whatever you mix it with.  Think I prefer some coffee flavor.

I'm not sure if its the same with coffie made like ice tea button. After about 10 min normal hot black coffie starts to break down and become more acidic. A shot of cream helps cut the acidity. It's also one of the reasons why that fresh black cup in the morning tastes the best. A cold brew process may retain flavor but not break down after a few min.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
