Famous Velvet
« on: August 07, 2016, 08:11:14 PM »
Had one of the greatest photo shoots with this fella this weekend with my wife and daughter at my side.  Then I got greedy and almost had my ass handed to me.  Mother nature can be humbling.  Phew!   He'll probably be in my elk calender this fall.  This was shot with my 200.  Fun.

Yellowstone and you both took pics of the same bull?

He's a well know bull Plat.   Not Yellowstone.

Didn't see the grizz but heard about her.   They still have that area closed because of her and her cubs.

He should be out of velvet by this weekend.   Looking forward to seeing him in the rut.
