Picked up my 2016 Montana Antelope on Saturday. I'm pretty pleased with how he turned out.

Great write up and great speed goat with a stick and string! Thanks for sharing.

The mount turned out awesome too! Who did the work?

Artistic Taxidermy in Portland did the mount. It' looks better than what the pics are showing, my cell phone camera is not up to par and is not doing the mount justice and making it look real fuzzy.

Yes, turn around time was quick. I even waited a couple months to take it in, so I missed the first run of hides going to the tannery. Overall I am very happy with how it tuned out. Artistic did a great job. Yes hopefully I can draw another permit this year so I can put another on the table and if I'm double lucky on the wall too.

Nice goat for sure, great job.  I have only been hunting them for three years and really admire anyone that can get close enough to arrow one.  I can barely see one through the spotting scope and bend over to lace up my boots and the thing bolts four counties away.

Wow, thats the second funniest joke I have ever heard you say. And it reminds me of the first one you told was during an eleven hour truck ride with you telling me how big of *censored* these animals are and I quote "even if you just nick them in the ankle with an arrow they will flop over Dead like they had been shot in the heart" hahahahaha.

No comment.....in my defense, I had only previously shot Wyoming lopes. Now that I have experienced Montana speed goats......I truly believe they are all made of a super power.
