We don't have that much self control either!   That's a scouting pic.  He is the bull we were after so that was rather cool.

My 2016 bull. Shot him about ten minutes into the season. 



Here are the first six my group got.



With the warm weather the heads were really starting to stink so we cut the horns off before we were done hunting.

My 16 year old son got his first bull 3 hours into opening morning(3x5), and my cousin got  a nice 5x5 with some cool kickers on Thursday. 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Yeah,  we've seen that funny eye guard on a handful of the Bulls in the area. I figured they were from the same gene pool.  Kinda cool looking. The game cams aren't usually helpful for us rifle elk hunters, just awesome that it worked out that way. My boy is still on cloud nine!
