Best elk hunt ever
« on: September 16, 2016, 07:52:51 PM »
Shot this today. It's my first time ever killing something and I got to share I with my dad. We thought it was an elk at first until he stepped out at 40 yards. I drew on him and he walked head on. He turned at 20 yards and I smoked him. 20 yards and 3 seconds later and he was DOWN. Arrow went straight through and straight through the heart. Stuck into ground right behind him.

Congratulations young man, a bear for your first animal and with a bow to boot! That's something you will always remember. Should be great eating for you!
