Exo or Kuiu icon pro. You pick the size. 1850-2000 won't hold a complete boned out deer but 3200 plus should work just fine. Either will hold 80+ pounds and still be comfortable.
I cannot speak to the EXO, but the KUIU is designed to split the pack from the frame and put the meat between them.  I would think with the proper game bags you could haul an entire boned out deer with any Icon Pro pack doing it that way.  It will be the weight not the volume that is the limitation.  I have spoken to people that do that, they use the 1850 with frame as their day pack, and put the meat between them to haul out.

You can put the meat between the pack and frame or just put it inside the pack. They are comfortable and super light. Don't think I'll use my Eberlestock JustOne pack for awhile.

If you're looking for a daypack size that can double as a meat hauler don't discount an Eberlestock.   I have an X2 that has hauled both elk and deer out.(Obviously not an entire elk). It may be a bit heavy but it'll take a whole deer out once boned out.

Size doesnt matter if you put the meat in a meat sack between pack and frame as designed to allow for.

I have never worn a kuiu pack. But I bought the exo 3500 after a friend who has worn both the exo and the kuiu recommended that I buy the exo. I used the exo on a backcountry Idaho hunt and it worked great. No comparison to the badlands pack that I used previously for day hunts.
