I just got back from 2 weeks of hunting and spent 9 days floating the Salmon in Idaho with my two teenage boys.  We tagged out on deer, caught steelhead, and shot lots of chukar.  It seems to be a banner year for the devil bird.  Here are some pics of the fun:

Man i havent been steelhead fishing since i was 14.  I could eat steelhead til i explode.  Looks like you guys had a hell of a time.  :tup:

Wow, that's a fantastic trip you got to share with your kids.  Good on you for making it happen.  How is the river to float?  Any really technical stretches this time of year?  Great looking shotgun too.
