This one is wishing the record snow depths would disappear.

I passed a group of 6 the other day nestled down in the middle of the on coming lane. At first I thought it was snow/ice chunks , then as I went by they all just sat there not even flinching.

It's a battle out there, this crap needs to leave.
Just tend your own and live.

19" of snow on the ground down here and imagine there's 3+ feet on top. It's gonna be bad if we get ice tomorrow

Seen a few dead ones. This one was with several hundred others within 25 feet of the road.

Snowed all day on me up Oak Creek. Finally made the drive back west this evening. It was nasty the whole way!

I headed back over hwy 12 west, at 10:30 am, and it was totally dumping snow the whole way.

I hunted the Okanogan area for bird the last few weekends of the season but there is more snow there now. I think there will be lots of winter kill up that way this year.

When it's cold outside, they're cold too. Bring them in and warm them up.  :chuckle:
