First blacktail sheds

My brother and I took my two daughters on a little adventure today. It was cold and raining so I didn't expect them to last very long. We started hiking in and within 5 minutes it started pouring so I went back to the truck to get an umbrella (I was carrying our 1 year old in a backpack). I turned and started back in when I heard my bro give a celebratory holler! After a couple pics we started looking for the other side and I found it within 10 minutes only 40 yards away. In hindsight I should have let my daughter "find" it, but I couldn't contain my excitement...I know some of you guys find them like they are growning on trees, but I can tell you it is HARD to find these suckers. These were both our first blacktail sheds (pic is my brother)

Nice looking set - I was almost going to start looking today but getting over a cold & the rain kept me in. After seeing these - It's On!

Good job Travis and you didn't even have to use your quad or snowmobile to go after the sheds.
