$hit man!!! JWEBB got robbed. This is ridiculous. I was not selected after trying to log in over 10 times and getting the friggin, "OH DEER" error message. I will be calling WDFW first thing tomorrow demanding a FULL refund of drawing fees for ALL of us that were swindled by this SCAM

PS I suggest you all do the same. We should at least get our money back for this drawing, which was one obviously one big glitch from the start. It's not like they don't rape us enough for licenses and tags in the first place...

I'm not bitter about not drawing but I would be extremely curious to hear what the WDFW says if someone called tomorrow and asked why the draw essentially happened twice in one day.

No kidding, Mike. That's exactly what I'll do tomorrow! I wouldn't take this $hit from anybody, let alone some lackey Govt desk jockeys!

Not sure why anybody's upset. You're really not supposed to check the results until they notify us that the draw is complete and the results are up. Whatever you saw prior to the official draw doesn't count.

PS I'm not bitter or upset about the results either. I wish everyone that was selected good luck. I do think that JWEBB was outright swindled though, he should be entitled to a permit. EVERYONE should get their money back; it was WDFW's decision to go computerized...if the results go up once,  they should stand as-is, not pulled and redistributed. Might be politically incorrect, but where I come from we call that an Indian giver!

Why was he swindled?
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

Why was he swindled?

He was selected for a permit and then had it STOLEN from him due to a failure of WDFW's computer system, resulting in a re-draw. He was not the only one that experienced the glitch, many had their points mysteriously disappear and reappear later on. I don't know if you're being philosophical with your comment or if you just haven't read the other comments from many other hunters noting the glitches as well...It is clear that this was a system-wide error and WDFW needs to take responsibility, apologize, and issue refunds to ALL applicants. Simple as that.

I want my 6 dollars back  :chuckle:

There were 7,593 spring bear applications in 2016. Likely at least that many for this year.  Times $6, that's $45,558, a FORTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR screwup by WDFW!

You keep chuckling, buster!!!
