Colorado pref point
« on: March 16, 2017, 12:18:36 PM »
So I'm logged onto their site trying to buy my point. I get to the page where you enter the hunt choice code, enter it and then it will not let me go further. Can anyone advise me if I'm missing something here?

Are you sure you have the correct code for just buying points?
I know on the muzzle permit application the last 2 digit section it is the letter o and not the number 0 (E-E-071-O1-M)

I thought it corrected you if it detected an invalid code though?

Not to threadjack...but I have a CO question too...I had 4 deer points in 2015, skipped last year...will put in this year...does that mean I will have 5 points for the 2017 draw preference or does the 5th point not get added until after this years draw, assuming I'm not selected?

If you enter zero's instead of o's it should auto correct you.  Other than incorrect code completely, it should work.  Hmmmm.....

Got it to work. When the session expired I got a message saying it failed because my "cookies were disabled". So I checked and they were enabled so clicked them off and back on again. Went back to the site tried again and it worked. The code was correct, no o's or 0's to screw up.

Same issue I had yesterday.  Reloaded and it worked second attempt.
