My small boar from September 3rd. My smallest bear ever but most likely will be the best eating one! I missed a lot bigger one 3.5 hours earlier in the day. Just happy I get to eat bear meat and not my tag. ALL GLORY TO GOD!👍😀

My cousin Jlada (17 years old) scored on his first bear on his first bear hunt! 35 yard shot.

We did really well on opening week up in the Okanogan. 3 bears for our group of 6...1 stuck at 17 yds, 2 was shot at 50 yards with  Win .375, 3 was shot at 70 yds with a hand cannon .460 mag. All taken on private land from tree stands.

We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

Went out with a buddy on the high buck to an area with more bears than deer.  We got skunked for bucks but shot my first bear (a small boar) in a back basin.  He was gorging himself on blueberries...sure is tasty.  Thanks Bob - I know you're here somewhere.
