I don't think so, it has been a few years for me but lower jaw does not extend past the upper and the coloration is wrong.  Looks like an albino blue cat or some variation.

That's what I thought about the jaw. Taking it to WDFW office tomorrow.

Looks like a albino channel cat that somebody had as a pet and let go.
