I don't know that I have been entertained here on Hunt WA by a thread so much as I was with this one:

It was great to have fun at his expense.
What I really want to know though is: If it was advertised, and it was, that the only surviving "public land" herds, verified and validated by a BT sniffer, that was within "an hour of downtown Portland," wherein anyone can guarantee
"100% opportunity rate for trophy Roosevelt’s bulls in the 300 range and trophy Black Tail Deer" known to exist in huntable numbers east of the Pacific Crest Trail, in Washington, therefore living in pine forests and not a rain forest environment, would be "landlocked" behind this property and therefore all "public land" be only available to the guy who bought this property, how could this property not demand twice the asking price? It just doesn't make sense to me.
