Hey people. I came across a story and I was wondering if anyone has heard of this?

Seems like one of those 'unnamed source' stories that could be nothing but  :crap: , but who knows. It doesn't have a bill number or anything either. Has anyone heard this before?

maybe that wouldn't be all bad?
i know i like American made things. more would need to be built here.
create jobs too. IMO
