I don't have the 2400, but have been using a 2000 for a couple years and really like it. I've ranged up to 3250 yards with it.
Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.

I have one.  It is really a nice unit.  to be able to range and have all of your info already entered into the unit it saves a lot of time.  The gunsmith i use has verified his out to 1150 and its been spot on.  Bryan Litz has quite a few custom drag profiles for bullets that are more accurate that a G7 or G1.  You can use it for archery as well by switching modes.  Free hand i have been able to hit 1675.  I know it can go further but i was not very stable.  Let me know if your close to the Snoqualmie/North Bend area and i can let you check it out.....

Kinda like a lot of things, if you will actually use a 2400 to its full capability, for the money it's probably the best one on the market, BUT, if you don't really believe you'll use it to the level it is capable of but you still want a RF that'll reach wayyyyy out there, maybe save some money and go with their new 2200 then use the AB app or one similar on your phone.
