What do I need to make my truck ride smoother?

We have two 2500's. tie rod ends and bushings helped clunking in the front. Shocks all around. Airbags on the dog truck and the extra weight of the dog box makes it ride like a Cadillac.

I'd ask what you mean by smoother? Is it too stiff? That seems like it's probably a 2500HD thing. If it's bouncing all over the place or something like that, I'd look at shocks and springs. But changing any of that to make it "softer" will detract from the HD part of it.
 

Thinking he's overdamped?  Could get the more absorbent bases and bushings.  But with good shocks/springs, probably need to swap all the body mounts.

A purse.  Trucks are not supposed to ride like a car.

I was recently test driving several Dodge cummins trucks and drove one that had airbags.  It seemed to be slightly inflated and I noticed a significantly softer ride on the small little bumps in road.  Larger bumps were the same.

If it does then your stuck.  Suspension like Thuren, Carli, Kore etc can help but $$$.  Bilstein shock are better but $ as well.
