Columbia River fishing

One clipped, one unclipped.  Yesterday it would have been an illegal June hog.  Today it's a legal URB, gotta love August

Solid catch, anchored or trolling?

I have a question regarding license. I am going to fish out of Astoria, Or September 1st. I have a WA fishing license and will get a Columbia river endorsement. Do I need an Oregon license since we will be launching from Oregon? :dunno:

Released a smallish dark one a couple weeks ago which I thought was a Tule.  Game checker said Tule's had been checked at Kalama.  Even that small one was a good fighter but I have not heard of any big ones.
Seeing a few URB's each day, got my second one recently, but it is certainly still very sporadic.

Nice fish, just wondering if you buy licneses for both states can you keep two limits, a limit for each state?

Fished out of Astoria on Saturday the 12th for my bachelor party with Waters West. Our guide Chris did a great job getting us on the fish. We limited out with the biggest one being about 18-20lbs.
When seconds count, the police are only minutes away...

Does anyone have a link to the law? I know someone going fishing and someone else told them they could catch a limit for each license. I would like to show them the law to save them from getting in trouble. My apologies for getting off-topic. Those are all great looking fish, I'm going to tell them you guys have been doing well.

My friend has been guiding for a week or so and has got his limit of kings everyday.  He's only got one clipped coho though.
