Have you seen the price on these gun's why so high?
They want more for one than an AR15 well some.
Are they that good of a gun ?

I have one and my AR is way more accurate.

Yeah, don't plan on winning any shooting competitions with it.  OK, mine is old, 30 years or so.  But they are notorious for accuracy problems.  Very fun to shoot though.  I have killed several critters with it too, where it's legal.  Sometimes it's just fun to load up a 30 rounder and start jack hammering.

IMO I thinks it's more of a following of people who like the history behind it. I own an old one that is fun to shoot, but that's all.

They're fun to shoot & durable, but not known for being accurate. I'd take an AR, myself

The Walmart here has stainless Mini14 Tacticals in 300blk for $725.
But you can get a decent shooting AR for that now.
