Fixed Blade Broadhead

Looking for advice on a fixed blade broadhead that will require little to know sight adjustments from my mechanicles .I want a 100 grain for elk,and I am shooting 60 pounds is there such a thing?

Ive also heard good things...do you need to sharpen those or are they good out of the box?

My RAD Archery van dyke 125 and 100s flew great out of the box the slick tricks worked well too.
