Best prices I've found are on eBay.

Watch out on eBay as their are many fake Leupolds on their.  I purchased one off of ebay and had to send it in for repair and was notified it was a fake.

Worth a phone call to optics planet - sometimes they will give another break over phone vs just online.

All manufactures have protected pricing that retailers can't go below. New retailers like GoHunt give a % of purchase price back in credit to be used on their Website. So you might look at them. Get a good non Chinese Leupold and end up with something else for free.

I bought one of my scopes, 3x9x40 VXII scopes at Wal-Mart years ago that was red tagged for $200. They had one left which was the display scope. Ended up talking to the manager and got it for $150.
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!
