i guess ill add the story. yes Washington state buck OTC
i first saw this buck and got photos and footage of him in 2015. Then in late august of this year i got eyes on him once again and got photos and footage of him as well as 5 other bucks 4 being legal. He was with one other buck i would have loved to have taken off the mountain with me. Friday september rolls around and i show up to my glasseing spot around last light. I did spot bucks almost emediatley but my buck was not with them. not too worried we put them to bed and headed to camp. Saturday the 2nd firstlite we have 4 bucks spotted and one being the 4x4 i would be happy taking aswell as a few other legal bucks. But my buck was no where to be seen still. 10 minutes into firstlite i spot a smoker of a bear up the valley, with bear tags in hand it was an easy call to switch gears and take off. So already have shot a bear i pass this bear to my *censored* team member jacob. Taking the camera man roll i stayed back with the camera /spotter / phoneskope to watch this go down and to direct jacob in. he takes off and withen an hour we have a great great bear down on film. Beautiful bear ill post pics later. fast forward 6 hours bears taken care of and packed back to the rigs on ice. we hike back into our glassing spot for the evening and a buddy spots a bedded buck WAYYYYYYYY up as so far up i wasnt even looking that high. never in my 3 years in this spot have i ever seen an animal this high like mountain goat rocky cliffs high. but it wasnt my buck. we figured the shooting pushed them up to a defensive spot. almost too dark to see my buck stands up 20 yards from that buck and starts feeding down. Finally eyes on my buck hes still in the area i felt great about sunday. Sunday september 3rd firstlite bam bucks spotted much much much farther down the mountain than where they were the night before. Although my buck was not with them the 4x4 was one of them and id love to take him. So we watched these bucks for about 45 mins and on the way to thier beds we noticed 2 other deer in the timber with them. finally they broke out of the timber and leading the train was my buck ! yessssss so now we have a train of 6 bucks heading to bed its now 7am and the bucks are sprinting and i mean sprinting to thier beds ' all on film ' finally the first buck takes to his bed were feeling great about where they have bedded. 8:00am all 6 bucks are bedded down facing all different directions . we watch the bucks a bit more to make sure they are comfortable and down for the day. Finally we take pictures and of thier location and head off toward them. one guy stayed back with double spotters and phoneskopes to film the action and the 3 of us take off one being camera man. 3 hours later we are at our desired location to get first sight of our bedded bucks. i peak my head over a slight rise and bam a smaller 3x buck is facing us at 105 yards . I end up watching him for 15 mins and he stands up and re beds facing away from me. jacob advises a plan to ' rock climb' up about 30 ft and gets us on a ledge. we get up and are able to sneak ' shoes off' into 50 yards from the bedded buck. jacob nudges me and says keep going im stopping right here. jacob camera in hand stays put i keep creeping in. i get to a spot im okay with and re range the smaller bucks bed at 28 yards. at this time i was okay with taking this smaller 3x buck. Then after sitting for about 35 mins i see what looks like a great spot to get an elevation advantage of the bedding area up to my right about 40 yards. i tell jacob im moving in shoes off really limits on how fast you can move and increases pain by ALOT hahah. i finally get to my spot and range the bedded buck at 35 yards i see several other beds and start ranging when i catch movement moving right towards some shooting lanes. I about *censored* myself when i set eyes on MY buck at 20 yards i range a lane infront of him at 16 yards. i knock an arrow draw my bow and with absolute perfect timing i let out a MEH. as the buck is stopping and turns his head my arrow is already passed through both lungs. the buck bucks up whirls and takes off out of sight. i give jacob a hell yes and an air fist pump! my buck expired in 40 yards . i cant thank my buddies enough. if any of you are interested in seeing the film. photos, short clips be sure to follow *censored* on youtube facebook and instagram. we are really active and all washington locals. we also just filmed a archery quality elk tag here in washington tag with a great bull down on film!

Congrats!
I'm pretty sure I woke your buck and his big 4x buddy from a nap last year. He'd be on the right in this picture, had two eye-guards on one side and three on the other at the time.
They were with a 5x (we got him last year), two smaller 4x, and a big but young 3x4 (super tall, branched off his G2, kept getting pushed out by the others).
