Not sure if posted since I've been home, but the online goose test is up and running for those needing it before the season begins.  Wdfw website.

I took this test years ago,had to go down town Olympia. They used to send a card every year,but I haven't got one in about 4 yrs. do you have to prove somehow you took the test?

You have to pick up the card from the dealer.  They don't send it in the mail anymore.
