Great customer service from Leupold. Lost an end cap on my BX-2 binos. Called Leupold. Sent me replacement part, no problem, no charge. Always a pleasure to receive good customer service.

meh, sent my vx3 in since it wasn't tracking  repeatable. came back with ring marks and a slight indentation. emailed them pics and they said I did it.  marks were twice as wide as my rings and in the wrong position from where I had it mounted.  Glad someone had good service but after my experince they lost a customer.
