Rossi 12 single shot, with a few rounds of 7 1/2 game loads and a couple of 00 buck.

I carry it around when scouting and running my dog in the timber around here. I've knocked down countless grouse and rabbits with it. The buckshot loads are for when I encounter a lion or bear. It will happen someday.
A well fed shotgun can take anything that walks or flys.

New England 223 single shot
How does it shoot? I've talked to guys with those guns that said they shoot great, and others said they couldn't get them to group
Sorry I missed your question. I've had this rifle for about 25yrs and have shot a ton of lead through it. it has always shot really nice. I like it for shooting off grouses heads. Squidward

my grandpa always said "if it aint broke dont fix it"

Grandad's 11-48.

2 rounds of 7.5s up front, backed by 2 round of 00 buck.

Cut off the 1950's Polychoke and had it cut to 20" and threaded.
