Lake Lenore
« on: March 30, 2018, 12:18:32 AM »
One of my favorite fisheries over the years has been fly fishing for Lahontans in Lanore in March/April.

Does anyone have a update on ice/fishing conditions?

I have never fished it in the spring but in the fall we would fish olive scuds and do very well.

Doesn't help a certain group of people have been caught Gill netting out there.

I've fished in Mid march every year except this one. Last year ice was still on but fished around the periphery at the N. end. Haven't talked to anyone that has fished this year. Usually do well on Chironomids in March at the North and sometimes the South end.
If you get over post up a report. And also if you could check to see if the stream is flowing.
