New growth

Bumped into this guy today. Thought he was doing pretty good so far for 5/1.... Anyone else seeing any new growth as well?

Seen 5 bulls in the blues this past week, all had new growth, one like your pic. Also saw 2 spikes with their antlers still.

Passed a bull sporting 2 fresh spikes on the outskirts of Packwood today didn't get a pic.

Saw a mature mule deer in Chelan county last week that had about an inch of growth with good mass.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

No, unfortunately I live in western Washington and have 117 acres in the foothills in Columbia County, Washington.  Probably move over sooner or later.  Right now have two precious granddaughters that we babysit as my youngest daughter lives near us.  Still fun as I go over quite a bit to put in food plots, etc.  Last year made 13 trips....working, turkey hunting, deer hunting, etc.

I think I know where that is based on the picture!  Need any hunting buddies? or someone to make sure all those elk don't run off your land .  I am down there all the time visiting my dad and hunting down there.
