The guys that haven't got an email must be the ones who drew.  ;)

I got this email below. If I am reading it right, you will get an email for each special hunt you applied for & then you need to go check your results but may need to wait a couple hours for them to show up.

Special Hunt Draw Results Have Been Published!

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife special permit drawing results for Moose 65 And Over has been published. You will receive an email for each special hunt application drawing that has been published.

Drawing results are published one drawing at a time, and are usually available within a couple of hours. If you don't see the results for all of your submittals right away, please check your account at a later time.

To view your drawing results, login to your customer account with your username and password at https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov and click the Special Hunts link on the left side of your customer home page.

Thank you for participating. We hope your 2018 hunting season is an enjoyable one. Good luck!

Its looking like the draw was witnessed yesterday, published today and available to the public tomorrow?

Hopefully! Or we have to wait until next week.   :o

 :yike:

please not until next week. I am ready for Not Selected... it just needs to be sooner than that.

It's just amazing to me what a gigantic cluster-muck this entire process is.  I got an email at 5:34 this morning.  I still cannot open my Special Permits tab on the website @ 10:33.  Why don't these idiots wait until the ENTIRE PROCESS has been completed and then open things up for browsing?  This piece-meal approach just makes them look more inept than I already thought they were !
im kinda surprised at this complete failure, there must be some pretty big problems going on.

What I don't understand is if there really are problems going on why don't they let us know.  Why can't they do another alert?  Or post it on FB?  That's what bothers me.

Early doesn't mean what you think it means.

It should be read with a comma,  Early (comma),  on the 21st.

As in it's early, compared to the 22nd.

Maybe they remembered they didn't draw the new director for any tags so they have to go back and fix that  :dunno:
